<p>Trecand peste ridicolul situatiei, raman 2 probleme. De ce a renuntat Sigmanet? MagazinulTau s-a intrebat de ce au renuntat ceilalti?</p>
<p>La primii s-au adunat probabil garantii-problema, costuri de operare si timp pierdut. Era inevitabil, la fel de inevitabil cum o sa ajunga si MagazinulTau in aceeasi situatie. A fost mai bine ca au zis &#034;facem&#034; si apoi au dat-o la intors cu &#034;adaosurile sanatoase&#034;? Erau cumva altele cand au inceput treaba? Eu unul sunt convins ca nu.</p>
<p>MagazinulTau a sarit repede in locul lasat gol, pana sa se raceasca, plusand cu preluarea garantiilor de la &#034;toate magazinele&#034;. Or fi lucrand chiar cu toti furnizorii? Si daca da, si-au facut ei calculul si-a dat cu un mare plus la castigul de clienti/imagine? Ar fi trebuit sa invete din greselile altora.</p>

Clientul isi introduce numarul de telefon, centrala telefonica cauta automat un consultant disponibil si ii tine linia deschisa, apoi il suna pe client si face legatura intre cele doua &#034;puncte&#034;. Costurile sunt zero pentru client fiind apelat de catre magazin, nu are nici un timp mort in coada de asteptare (operatorul fiind deja la telefon cand este apelat) si totul se petrece complet automat.</p>
<p>In cazul in care clientul sau vizitatorul are deja numarul de telefon respectiv in baza de date a magazinului, convorbirea este de asemenea mult facilitata. Sistemul ii afiseaza automat consultantului de vanzari la preluarea apelului toate detaliile clientului, fie ele mesaje, comenzi sau intrari in service.</p>
